Appointments can be made by telephone; you can phone us from 08.00 – 17.00 hour.The assistant usually asks your reason for visit; she has medical confidentiality. A regular appointment takes 10 minutes. If you need more time, for example if you have more questions or you need a special treatment, please inform the assistant.
When you call us, you will hear an option menu on the phone. For life threatening situations choose 1, for an appointment choose 2.

If you would like to discuss a problem with the GP by telephone, please call the assistant and she will make an appointment for a return call by the GP later that day. You can also submit your question as an eConsult (button Patientenportaal).
If you need a prescription for chronic medication you can use the Patientenportaal, call the assistant or visit the front office.
Home visits are meant for people who are not able to come to the building due to physical reasons. If you think you need a home visit please call the assistant in the morning before 10.00; she can make an appointment for the home visit but sometimes she may advise you to come to the GP.
If you think you might have a urinary tract infection you can have the urine checked. Please hand over a sample of morning midstream urine at the front office. The assistant may ask some additional questions.
The practice is open for new patients that live in the postal code areas: 3581, 3582, 3583 and 3584. You can fill in a registration form at the practice or download the registration form here. Please hand it in at the Front office and do not forget to bring your ID for identification.
If you don’t live in Utrecht but you need a GP, you can also make an appointment. We will ask you to pay for it at the front office. We have a pin device.
